fannie mae/northern ohio investment company event collateral

Collateral for a series of seminars for Realtors and the public (particularly underserved northern Ohio minority neighborhoods). We created two separate invitations; one which was mailed to a list of Realtors, inviting them to learn the details of a new Fannie Mae program, and one for the general public, handed out at community events inviting people to learn more purchasing a home with the new program.

Girl Metro ultimately created multiple printed materials including those shown here, clockwise: die-cut Realtor invitation (shown closed and open), public invitation flyer, and a welcome poster for the seminar. Additionally, posters for hanging in community businesses, a folder for keeping seminar materials together, and additional directional and informational signage for the events were created.
