Back in 2002, Girl Metro, Inc. principal Richelle Albrecht was laid off from the small advertising agency where she'd truly cut her design, project management, web design and print production teeth. (It was a very small agency. She got to do a lot.) The timing was perfect, as it happens. She'd been dying to work more directly with clients, to really dig in to discovering their needs and to interact with them in person, sans intermediary. Realizing what a huge opportunity was in front of her, she put her best work forward and has never looked back.

Today, joined by a crack team of designers (including Spike, a rare design beagle), Girl Metro is working with clients across multiple industries, from one-woman start ups to Fortune 100 companies. There's never a dull day in the studio, due in part to Spike (see above) and thanks to our widely varied clients. Tucked into a studio on the north side of Chicago, we're pleased to work with clients nationwide.
